The equipment consists of five functional modules. The fully enclosed washing chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with pull-out multi-layer racks for placing appliances. The internal water circulation system realizes 360° all-round spraying with circulating pumps and pipelines. The independent water inlet and drainage systems separate clean water and sewage to avoid cross-contamination. The multi-stage filtration system with coarse screens and precision filter elements intercepts residues step by step. The PLC control system manages temperature, time, liquid level and fault alarms. Some models are also equipped with automatic detergent proportioning and hot air drying parts.
2. Working Process
The machine operates in four stages: flushing, washing, disinfection and drying. Pressurized water sprays from rotating arms to impact appliance surfaces. Water at 93℃ accelerates the decomposition of grease and protein dirt, and the water flow strips off attachments. Continuous soaking in high-temperature water completes disinfection. Then 110℃ hot air works for about 15 minutes to remove residual water. Finally, the equipment cools down to normal temperature, and the whole process is finished.
3. Key Design Points
Multiple detailed designs ensure stable operation. The rotating speed of spray arms and water pressure are adjusted according to dirt conditions. The aperture of the filtration system decreases from 500μm to 100μm to enhance filtration capacity. The control system stores multiple operating programs to adapt to different pollution levels of appliances and ensure stable performance.
