1. Working Process

It works in four steps: flushing, washing, disinfection and drying. High-pressure water removes dirt. Detergents decompose organics at 93℃. Thermal disinfection keeps A0 value above 600. 110℃ hot air dries utensils to stop microbial growth.

2. Core Components

It has a sealed 304 stainless steel chamber and multi-layer racks. Planetary spray arms deliver all-round flushing. Multi-stage filtration prevents secondary pollution. Circulating pump supplies steady water pressure, and PLC controls all operating parameters.

3. Quality Control

Three rules must be observed: qualified A0 value, standard ultrapure water for final rinsing, and positive & negative controls in each run.
