Calcium Acid Pyrophosphate (CAPP) is a high-purity, food-grade multifunctional food additive with controlled leavening performance. As a low-sodium leavening acid, dough strengthener, calcium fortifier and pH regulator, it is widely used in bakery goods, frozen dough, baking mixes and low-sodium food products. It fully complies with FCC, E450(vii) and FAO/WHO international food safety standards.
