The product can indirectly heat or cool paste, granule, powder and slumy materials, and cancomplete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction and lowtemperature combustion. The special heat transfer disk in the equipment has high heat transferefficiency and self-cleaning function of heat transfer surface.

Adaptive materials

Disc dryer has been successfully used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dyestuf, industrialsludge and other fields. The characteristics of heat transfer, cooling and stiring make it possibleto complete the following unit operations: combustion (low temperature), cooling, drying (solventrecovery), heating (melting), reaction and sterilization. The hollow disk is also a heat transfersurface, which makes the heat transfer area in unit effective volume increase and shortens thetreatment time. Compression expansion mixing function makes the material mix evenly. in theaxial region, the gradient of temperature, humidity and mixing degree is very small. The disc dryerwith heat transfer oil as heat medium can complete low temperature combustion. For examplecalcium sulfate dihydrate (Ca₂SO*-2H,0) is converted into calcium sulfate hemihydrate (Ca,SO..1/ 2Hz0) by combustion. Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO:) is converted into soda ash (Na COs)by calcination. The cooling medium, such as water and cooling brine, can be used for cooling. Forexample, the disc type soda cooler used in soda industry replaces the old air cooling soda cooler,.saves energy and tail gas treatment equipment, and reduces the operation cost.
