Multi-effect counterflow, downflow, falling film evaporator series equipment is a special equipment for evaporation and concentration of corn pulp, fermentation sugar juice industry, juice, beverage industry, milk, wine tank filtrate, pharmaceutical industry, fermentation liquid, high-concentration organic or chemical wastewater. It has the advantages of energy saving, short heating time, large evaporation, concentration and concentration ratio of materials with high viscosity, and can also obtain high-quality deionized water to meet the needs of industrial boiler water. It can also be combined into double-effect, three-effect, four-effect and five-effect evaporation systems. It can also use the waste steam on the top of the tube bundle or disc dryer and other low calorific value heat sources (such as condensate steam) as the evaporator heat source to become a waste heat evaporator, which can greatly reduce the amount of raw steam and achieve a great energy-saving effect. When the waste heat steam is fully supplied, the steam can be completely eliminated and significant economic benefits can be obtained.
Principle of Operation
The materials are evenly distributed into each evaporator tube by the distributor. Under the influence of gravity and secondary steam generated by self-evaporation, the materials form a spiral film that flows downwards. During this process, the thin film of materials exchanges heat with the steam on the outer wall of the tubes, leading to the evaporation of moisture in the materials. A stable temperature difference and heat exchange area result in a consistent evaporation rate of moisture. The secondary steam generated from the evaporated moisture is reused multiple times, maximizing the utilization of thermal energy, reducing steam consumption, and achieving the design principle for multiple evaporation.
