The Stainless Steel Fume Hood SS Series is engineered to provide effective containment and exhaust of hazardous laboratory fumes while offering the durability of stainless steel construction. Designed, manufactured, and installed in accordance with ASHRAE 110 standard specifications, its performance meets ASHRAE 110 testing requirements.
The SS Series incorporates an optimized airflow distribution system and full-surface exhaust extraction to support effective airflow throughout the working chamber. Available in 304 or 316 stainless steel, it is suitable for laboratories requiring stainless steel construction for the main structure, worktop, and interior lining.
The SS Series draws laboratory air through the sash opening into the working chamber, where hazardous fumes are captured by the optimized airflow system. The internal airflow distribution and upper exhaust system help direct contaminants toward the exhaust manifold, while laminar suction reduces the residence time of harmful gases before discharge through the laboratory exhaust system.
The main structure, worktop, and lining are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel.
