In industrial production, products need to undergo extreme environmental adaptability testing. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a specialized "environmental physical examination" intelligent device that can simulate various climatic conditions, from tropical rainforests to Arctic ice sheets.
The test chamber, like a living organism, consists of five key "organs". The refrigeration system adopts a dual-refrigeration system, comparable to a refrigerator with two compressors, covering a temperature range of -70℃ to 150℃. The German imported compressor saves 30% energy. The heating system uses special alloy heating tubes, with a heating rate of 3℃ per minute, enabling quick simulation of temperature difference scenarios. The humidification system achieves humidification through steam, with an accuracy of ±0.5%, testing the performance of products in humid environments. The dehumidification system has two methods: condensation and desiccant, which can simulate extremely dry environments at -40℃, suitable for testing aerospace equipment. The circulation system uses special fans and air ducts to ensure that the temperature difference inside the chamber does not exceed 2℃, guaranteeing temperature uniformity.
The intelligent control system is the "brain" of the test chamber, with a three-layer structure. The sensing layer is equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors that collect data 60 times per second, similar to how skin perceives environmental changes. The processing layer uses intelligent algorithms to control temperature, stores 32,000 records, and can set 250 schemes to automatically complete simulations. The execution layer, including valves and heaters, responds quickly, adjusts within 0.2 seconds, and immediately corrects deviations exceeding 1℃.
The test chamber can carry out various "physical examination items". The alternating damp heat test simulates day and night temperature and humidity changes, such as automobile parts being tested continuously for 1000 hours at 85℃ and 85% humidity. The rapid temperature change test uses liquid nitrogen refrigeration, with a cooling rate of 15℃ per minute, suitable for extreme cold testing of military equipment. The comprehensive environmental test can simulate low temperature, high humidity, and vibration simultaneously. For example, satellite parts need to withstand the triple test of -55℃, 95% humidity, and continuous vibration.
In the future, the test chamber will become more intelligent, supporting remote monitoring via mobile APPs, with data automatically uploaded to the cloud and easy operation through touch screens. It will also be more environmentally friendly, using new refrigerants to reduce energy consumption by 40% and recycling refrigeration heat for energy savings. As a "climate training camp" for products, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber ensures that industrial products work reliably in various environments. Technological progress will provide a more solid guarantee for product quality.
