MVR
It means that the pressure × volume / temperature of a certain mass of gas is a constant. That is to say, when the volume of the gas decreases and the pressure increases, the temperature of the gas will rise accordingly. According to this principle, when the thin secondary steam is compressed in volume, its temperature will rise, so as to turn the low-temperature and low-pressure steam into high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Then it can be used as a heat source to reheat the stock solution that needs to be evaporated, so as to realize the purpose of recycling steam. Since the volume compression here is realized by a mechanical compressor, it is called MVR.
Application Scope
Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporators are suitable for low-temperature concentration in industries such as milk, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, xylose, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, bioengineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery, papermaking, and salt production.
Equipment Composition
It is composed of single-effect or triple-effect evaporator, separator, compressor, vacuum pump, circulating pump, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet, valves, pipelines and other systems, with a very simple structure.
Working Principle
Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporator uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporator. After being compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature rise, and the enthalpy increases. Then it is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam to keep the material liquid in a boiling state, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. In this way, the steam that was originally to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. The economy of live steam is equivalent to 30 effects of multi-effect evaporation, which reduces the demand for external heating and cooling resources, lowers energy consumption and reduces pollution.
