PRODUCT OVERVIEW

 

The M-DB Weighing Booth is a specialized local purification unit designed for use in pharmaceutical production facilities, microbiological laboratories, and scientific research environments. It delivers vertical unidirectional airflow, with a portion of the clean air recirculated and the remainder exhausted, creating a negative pressure zone in the workspace. This setup effectively prevents cross-contamination and ensures a highly controlled clean environment within the weighing area.

STRUCTURAL DESCRIPTION

 

Constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, the unit comprises an upper cabinet, lower cabinet, and detachable side panels for ease of transport and modular assembly. The system utilizes a vertical unidirectional airflow design, where approximately 85%-90% of the air passes through an airflow equalization membrane to form a consistent vertical laminar flow. The remaining 10%-15% is discharged through an exhaust outlet to maintain negative pressure within the working area.
