Product Overview

 

The mother liquor drying integrated machine is a new type of horizontal concentration equipmentmainly focused on heat conduction. This equipment is widely used in MVR multi effectevaporators for concentrated liquids, high salinity, high COD, waste liquids, as well as heavymetal waste liquids such as electroplating, chemical industry waste liquids for salt crystallizationcutting fluids, grinding fluids, concentrated liquids under centrifuges, oil sludge, sludge dryingand other fields.

The heat conduction part of the device mainly consists of the inner wall of the host and the diskThis equipment adopts a jacket and hollow disc heat transfer method, which can heat or coolmaterials. it can be operated under vacuum or atmospheric pressure according to differentprocess requirements, and emits very little gas, requiring very low heat. it is very suitable formaterials that require solvent recovery or tail gas treatment. The specially designed jacketedspiral can accurately control the flow state of materials and the residence time of materials insidethe equipment, allowing for continuous production or batch production. This product breaks thelimitations of previous single function devices and is a multifunctional, innovative, energy-savingand environmentally friendly device.

 

Operational Principle

 

The conductive part of the vacuum scraper dryer includes several parts, such as the main shaf!(hollow), the disk (hollow), and the wall surface (semi tubular). Different media can be selectedfor heating according to material requirements. Materials can be added at once, and then theinlet and outlet ports can be closed, forming batch production. it is also possible to continuouslyfeed and then discharge the material from the discharge port. The operation is to control theresidence time of the material through the rotation speed to achieve the drying requirements.

Under vacuum, there is no external air to carry, and all emissionsare solvent. The solvent can also be recovered through a heat exchanger, basically achievingZero emissions.

It has a huge heat transfer surface per unit of effectivevolume, which shortens the processing time and reduces the size of the equipment. This greatlyreduces the building area and space.

4. Wide range of material processing

Using different thermal media, it can handle bothheat-sensitive materials and materials that require high-temperature treatment. Commonly usedmedia include: steam, heat transfer oil, hot water, cooling water, etc.

5.Low operating cost

The equipment operates normally, with low speed mixing and areasonable structure. Low wear and tear, low maintenance costs.

6. Stable operation

Due to the special compression expansion stirring effect of the spiral bladesthe material particles fully come into contact with the heat transfer surface. Within the axial range,the temperature, humidity, and mixing gradient of the material are very smal, thus ensuring thestability of the process.

7. Adopting mechanical seals ensures effective sealing of the shaft sealgreatly improving its service life.
