1.Equipment Purpose

This equipment is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, food, and chemical engineering. It is mainly used for the terminal treatment of saline wastewater and is a common device in environmental protection systems. Some wastewater, due to its high salt concentration, cannot be treated by biochemical methods or other means and can only be processed by evaporation for desalination. Additionally, some wastewater can be concentrated through evaporation to turn substances in the wastewater into valuable resources.

 2.Structural Features

The equipment consists of a heater, evaporator, condenser, water collection tank, defoamer, transfer pump, drainage pump, and other components.

The equipment is made of anti-corrosion materials tailored to the characteristics of wastewater or sewage.

Wastewater can meet standards in one go or serve as a pretreatment measure for subsequent processes. Some wastewater can be reused after evaporation, saving the cost of tap water.

Vacuum decompression operation is adopted, which increases the temperature difference for evaporation and improves the production capacity of evaporation intensity.

Multi-effect evaporation is used, allowing secondary and tertiary steam to be reused, resulting in significant energy-saving effects, convenient operation, and simple installation.

It has a compact structure, a small footprint, and the instruments and valves are reasonably configured for easy operation.

  • The equipment adopts the working principle of tubular circulating external heating, featuring short material heating time, fast evaporation speed, large concentration ratio, and effective preservation of the original properties of materials.
  • It has significant energy-saving effects, saving 30% more steam than single-effect evaporators. Materials are evaporated and concentrated in a closed system, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. Moreover, the system's unique foam removal device prevents material leakage.
  • All parts in contact with materials are made of imported stainless steel and polished, ensuring good corrosion resistance, easier cleaning, and compliance with pharmaceutical and food hygiene regulations. It can be equipped with a microcomputer control system for simpler use and more stable effects.
