PGD Operating principle

The material to be separated is added into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth, the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet tube, and the solid phase is intercepted in the drum. When the material is full, stop feeding, wash the cake, and filter out the washing liquid. The centrifuge continued to rotate and the cake was dried. After the filter cake meets the separation requirement, the centrifuge reduces the speed and scrapes the filter cake down from the bottom and discharges it out of the machine through the scraper. The centrifuge reduces the speed again, and the pneumatic bag shaking device moves up and down to shake off the residual filter cake, so as to realize the complete removal of the filter cake, thereby realizing the regeneration of the filter cloth.

 

PGD Main Features

  • Removing the residual solid cake by bag-shaking method. Eliminate all solid cakes left over the process of scraper discharging through reciprocal movement of the pneumatic pulling bag device, to realize complete discharging and filtering cloth regeneration.
  • Design of removable lip ring in the basket with reliable self-locking, which is easy for changing the filter cloth.
  • Built-in bag pulling cylinder, double airway air intake, improve pulling force, reset buffer device, simple and reliable structure. With greater force, better residual cake removal effect, maintenance more convenient and fast.
  • Fully-enclosed discharge hopper design separating the material from the driving components of the centrifuge.
