Application

Three-effect forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, waste liquid evaporation and recovery industries with scaling, crystalline, heat-sensitive (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity and containing insoluble solids.

Features

The equipment has a wide range of adaptation to the characteristics of the materials processed by the equipment. Among them, it is mainly aimed at materials that are easy to scale during the evaporation process, materials with crystal precipitation during the evaporation process, materials whose viscosity increases with the increase of concentration concentration, and materials with insoluble solids.
During the evaporation process, the material heats up through forced circulation, which flows fast in the tube, heats evenly, has a high heat transfer coefficient, and can prevent dry walls.
The material liquid is quickly heated by the heater through the forced circulation pump, and the top comes out directly into the evaporation separator in a tangential manner, and the vapor-liquid separation effect is good.
The material is evaporated and concentrated by equipment, vacuum and low-temperature evaporation and concentration, plus continuous feeding and discangulation, the heating and evaporation time is short, which is suitable for the heat-sensitive evaporation and concentration of food sauce materials.
The equipment has a compact structure, a small footprint, smooth layout, easy operation, and stable performance.
The equipment can be configured with an automation system to realize automatic screwing of feed volume, automatic control of heating temperature, automatic control of discharge concentration, and can also be equipped with automatic operation and control such as sudden power outage and protection measures for sensitive materials in case of fault, and other alarms.
