LW Operating principle

Separation takes place in a horizontal bowl equipped with a scroll conveyorThe process material is fed into the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is smoothly accelerated in the accelerate chamber Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a different speed, thus moving the solids towards the conical end of the bowl.

• Vertical base design and symmetrical arrangement of motor and bowl assembly that ensures stable operation and less vibration
• Main parts such as the bowl and conveyor are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or duplex steel, offering high maximum bowl speed and high centrifugal force.
• Double motor double frequency control, drum, screw speed are stepless adjustable.
• Screw conveyor flights tiled or lined with ceramic, tungsten carbide, or other hard alloys.
• Planetary gear and hydraulic differential two structural options, the difference adjustment range is large, for different solid phase push torque transmission.

LW Standard Type Decanter Centrifuge

Labyrinth seal is used for both bowl ends of LW standard type decanter centrifuge, simple and convenient, after separation, the solid phase is conveyed to the solid discharge port by scroll conveyor, and discharged out of centrifuge under centrifugal force caused by high speed rotation; while the liquid phase drains out under gravity and centrifugal force through the overflow plate. This series decanter centrifuge features easily operation, continuous and stable running, and wide application scope.
