The LWX Series Impeller Liquid Discharge Decanter Centrifuge is an advanced upgrade to the standard solid bowl separator. Unlike conventional gravity-discharge models, the LWX features a built-in centripetal pump (impeller) at the liquid discharge end.

TushengThis machine type is used for solid-liquid separation of materials. The bowl rotates in the same direction as the spiral, but at a different speed. Material is fed into the bowl through the feed pipe. With the centrifugal force, the solid phase materials deposit on the bowl wall and form a sediment layer The liquid phase materials forms a liquid phase ring and a solid phase layer and a liquid phase layer successively from the bowl wall to the inward. The liquid phase then is discharged out through the bowl’s centripetal pump at the large end.
